Our sessions together are via telehealth, using a computer, phone, or tablet on a HIPAA secure platform. Once I receive your inquiry, I will respond within one business day. I do like to speak on the phone first to make sure we are a good fit. After we speak and set up a time to meet, I will ask you to complete the required paperwork. Next, I will send you an email invite to my virtual office.
I will connect on my end and then we will be able to see each other. I recommend using headphones, creating privacy, and making sure you have a good Internet connection for your session. A good internet connection may include being directly connected to your router or being close to the source of your WIFI.
Finally, if you need to message me, I use a HIPAA secure App called Signal, which is free from both the Apple and Android App stores. Simply open Signal, search for my name, and message me. I will be using Signal to send you appointment reminders or other secure communication.
